Are you experiencing loss of mobility or a decrease in confidence to participate in sport activities due to physical limitations? You want to play pickleball but feel that you can’t move like you used to and will only slow others down. Our PATS program is research driven and designed to provide participants a non-competitive, skill drilling series of exercises using a ball throwing machine.
PATS helps you learn the skills required for all racquet sports.
Participants gain confidence, competence and motivation as they learn different types of movement skills and concepts that increase their movement competencies.
Participants called “Player Buddies” help fellow PATS participants improve their skills by giving immediate feedback after each drill session.
Additional feedback tools include video playback and personal guidance through audio headphones;
After each drill session you will have time to practice your skills in pickleball games with peers;
Participants receive weekly assessment of their progress through the 6 week program;
