Because of bad weather, this event has been rescheduled for July 4th.

Join us on July 4th for a session of tennis at the Aurora Community Tennis Club on court 3.

Learn a new skill, build an old skill or just come and enjoy something outdoors and fun.

Ages 6-80 years of age are welcome and registration is on a first come/first served basis.

Participants will take part in introductory level tennis lessons. Each session will focus on physical literacy skills which include using agility ladders and balls and eye hand coordination drills.

Tennis related footwork drills will be introduced such split steps, shuffles, and crossovers.

Participants will learn correct grips to hold racket properly and swinging technique. The last portion of the session will include cooperative rally drills and working together as a team.

Masks are required for COVID safety measures before starting the lesson, but not during the lesson.
